Tracking can take up to 6 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.
To return your order or parts of it, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: info@barefoot-adventures.com and inform us that you wish to return the order or parts of it.
- Request Approval: Ask our customer service if we can accept the return. Please note that the return address provided is not listed on our website.
- Prepare the Package: If the return is accepted within the allowed timeframe, pack the product safely and securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
- Provide Tracking Information: Email the tracking code to our customer service. That step is very important without doing that we cant give you a refund!!!
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your package within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
Please note that products fulfilling any of the following conditions cannot be returned:
- Pre-ordered products.
- Products that are grossly damaged or misused.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, it is important to contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. To report the issue, please email us at info@barefoot-adventures.com with a photo of the damaged part. For best results, take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.
In the case of a serious problem, we will guide you through the next steps based on the information you provide. For defective items, we will always send a new package free of charge. If the defect occurs again, we will refund the full purchase amount.
